Introducing the Lenehan Brothers System 1 Black.

A complete rethink of construction methods and materials has yielded further gains over our System 1 in solid wood.

We have simplified construction , yet significantly lowered cabinet resonance and increased damping.

The previous version in solid Australian Hardwoods required heroic construction methods , including 4mm steel and aluminium internal plates to provide a neutral platform for the drivers.

The System 1 Black utilises a cabinet made from organically loaded Phenolic Resin.
The front baffles are available in 40mm thick Australian Hardwoods, or Phenolic Resin

The advantages are significant :

1. More consistent and closer tolerance cabinetry.
2. Greater rigidity and damping.
3. Simplified internal bracing.
4. Quicker construction time.
5. Lower costs.
6. IMPROVED PERFORMANCE & SOUND
